✅ Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable to sealed and unopened products.Items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused condition, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items:
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons. Items returned without original packaging or missing components will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
